I inserted an entry in the sources.list for sid or unstable.

Today I found a newer version of the 2.6.18: -2-xen-k7.
Was pretty simple.

But had also cases, when xend refused to start.

Lasted installation with just the debian very base-system added by the
xen-2.6.28-system worked out of the box.
