I've read what little I could find on RedHat's archive on migrating from
FC5 Xen 3.0.2 to FC6 Xen 3.0.3 but suggestions I've found for installing
kernel-xen on the guest then upgrading the host didn't seem to work on
my test machine.
Most frequently the host would complain that the guest
couldn't bubble.

couldn't what?

Anything I might try so I can get my in-production FC5
guests onto a FC6 machine without just recreating the servers?

I'm pretty sure redhat support and the fedora-xen list is more
appropriate and knowledgeable about fedora upgrade problems.

The fedora xen packages are quite different from the vanilla Xen
packages, for which, I would say, there's not really much to change to
get Systems running on 3.0.2 to run on 3.0.3, with some exceptions,
but to analyze these some more info but "couldn't bubble" is needed.
But I'd really suggest to ask fedora-xen first.
