You must have an install server. You may setup the install server using the YaST Module Install-Server or if not available an HTTP repository (apache) like this:

Thank you.  This has not been spelled out any place I have looked.  This is why I am having such a big problem.  I assumed if the source was on the disk it would figure it all out on its own.  I will work on setting up an install repository and get back to you and update the page as I glean more on the process.
