The tool expects the install tree to be in the same format as you would setup an install tree for Anaconda to do a network based install. eg, you basically want to replicate the structure seen under the primary download site for a Fedora distribution. eg FC6 x86_64: http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/6/x86_64/os/ > We have FC6 installation available as FC6 CD's. Given the CDs, you need to copy the contents of all 5 CDs into a single merged directory tree - to make a structure that looks same as the one at the above URL. If you have the DVD image then its even simpler - there is no multiple-disk merge - just export the contents of the DVD via NFS or HTTP.
