Given that RedHat went all the way up to RHEL 3.8, and htat you can
download CentOS 3.8 for free with nearly absolute compatibility, why not
simply use CentOS 3.8? The Xensource published RPM's should work just
fine for that.
Does Xen Support X86_64 bit RHEL 3.0 or CentOS 3.8
