Ok, I'll give 2.6.19-1.2911.6.5 a try.  Is there a doc somewhere that I can watch that might detail when the broken Fedora kernel gets fixed?

Fedora kernel-xen-2.6.20 versions are broken. Downgrade to 2.6.19 and it
will work fine.
