drivers for windows (2003 enterprise edition) - it's all I need at this
moment. so, if I'll buy xen enterprise or server > subscription, can I
just install those drivers to my windows guests? or it's possible to buy
this drivers only? thanks.

The XenSource PV drivers for Windows depend for correct execution on a
sync with the XenSource management agent in Dom0, so simply pulling them
out of the ISO and into your guest won't cut it, I'm afraid. One could
go the additional step and install our Dom0 agent, but by then you might
as well benefit from our scriptable CLI and management tools. If you
want a completely free version of this product, download XenExpress, URL
is in my sig below.

Best
