Hi,

I had the problem with these network card. I use gentoo 2007. I adopt
driver from 2.6.17 kernel witch work in native kernel and its now works in
2.6.16. I could post you the files maybe they will work for you.

I also found that somebody (I don't have the strict URL) compile the
module form driver sources that are available on the Intel site.
