Do you mean that you have two mouse pointers that aren't following each
other? Yes, that's "normal". Try setting "usbdevice=tablet" - this will
change your "mouse" into a "pointing tablet", which has the difference
to the machine that it's giving ABSOLUTE rather than RELATIVE
coordinates, which in turn is better because the device model is getting
absolute coordinates when it's READING the current mouse position - and
to reverse the absolute to relative doesn't work very well as the
accelleration [1] gets all messed up

[1] if you move the mouse quickly it moves further than if you move it
slowly for the same actual travel distance, and this is calculated based
on the actual movement and the timing of the "movement messages". Since
the original movement gets accellerated by Linux, combined with the
exact timing being modified by qemu-dm being run as a prcess in dom0,
this isn't going to work ever.

Fullscreen isn't working - it's broken in Xen itself (technically in
qemu-dm and the tools related to starting qemu-dm, which don't know how
to forward the "full-screen" parameter to qemu-dm).

Keymap should work - but you may need at least 3.0.4 of Xen, so if you
are using an older version, it won't work, you'll have US keyboard.
