What do you mean exactly? Do you mean the text or gui console ("fullscreen" is normally only used for GUI consoles, but then, you should explain which gui console you mean. I recognize that in some situations, the xm console is quite "ugly" - I don't know exactly why and how, but the easiest woraround is use this console as less as possible, and connect to guests with ssh. And, by the way, tell us which versin you are using, please...
