[Xen-users] unable to start domU under Ubuntu Feisty and Xen 3.1 : kernel panic

Hello,

I've customized a 2.6.20 kernel + Xen 3.1 for my P35 motherboard.
Dom0 starts correctly.

When I try to launch a DomU I obtain a kernel panic ????
Same problem with an etch or a feisty domU

Migh be this due to this error ?

... Early unpacking initramfs...<3>bad: scheduling from the idle thread!

Any ideas ?
