I found the information about the SL9KG on the Japanese BBS site...

The summary of this is

The Intel's "Processor Spec Finder" information might be just wrong possibly...
The SL9KG may not have the Intel-VT support.

So I inquired
about "if the Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 processor 631 supports Intel(R) 
Virtualization Technology"
to the Intel the day before yesterday.

I got the answer a little while ago.
The answer is that
 "this processor does not support Intel(R) Virtualization Technology,
  you can double check the processor features at the following website:
