Hi All,

I'm running Windows Vista business on xen, on my Xen host, here's my uname...

# uname -a
Linux xenstr 2.6.16.38-xs3.2.0.531.3960xen #1 SMP Sat Mar 24 17:19:06 EDT 2007 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

also, my hardware is a Dell Precision 490, which is on the xen HCL.

I'm trying to install Civilization IV on my Windows Vista guest OS and I keep getting this error...

Initialize renderer failed. Check Direct X Installation, Latest Graphics Drivers and Graphics Settings.
Parameters:
 -width = 1024
 -height = 768
 -flags = 0xc
 -hwnd = Ox400e8
 -adaptrid = 0
 -deviceid = 3
Error: Creation failed: Invalid 3D device type.

I tried a series of Civilization centric solutions that didn't work. So now I'm wondering if xen supports windows graphics hardware acceleration as a guest OS on xen?

Thanks,
Ryan
