Finally got xen 3.1 working on my ASUS M2V-MX. Had and still have a lot of problems with the onboard video  VIA delta chrome 9 IGP something.  I tried many Linux distributions (Fedora7, Knoppix, Debian) and most lockup hard when the x server starts. I finally was able to get Ubuntu Feisty to work. Need to use the "acpi=off" option at boot. Strangely, the xen kernel works without needing this option.
