Not really. The DomU and Dom0 keyboard layout is correct. 

But the problem is the XenCenter Console. It doesn't allow the use of CTRL+ALT 
(or ALTGR). Every time you press these keys, the console-fullscreen mode is 
toggled.
But if you hold the CTRL+ALT Key and keep pressing the < key, the character 
appears in the console. But it sucks - you have always pay attention when you 
want to input a pipe - what is not seldom in a unix environment.
