No I don´t think so. I have under SLES10 with about 10 VM´s and a total
amount of 8GB of RAM, and also more than 4 GB a machine (but only a
limited number of VM´s)

It depends on your Hardware! If you have a hardware which support hardware
virtualisation like the Opteron 22XX, Intel Core 2 Duo. you have to look
into the hardware specifications
