[Xen-users] Xen Kernels

If I create a domU kernel using the sources that come with Xen 3.0, can
I use them under Xen 3.1. Is the opposite also possible, that is,  domU
kernels created with the sources included in Xen 3.1 running under Xen 3.0.

How about "xenified" kernels from other distros (i.e. a xenified redhat
or suse kernel running under an Ubuntu system)?  Any one tried this?
