[Xen-users] Build XEN from Sources

Hi all,

I'm using the XEN3.1 Sources together with Debian Etch.
What it exaclty the difference between the following Commands:
- make linux-2.6-xen0-build ?
- make linux-2.6-xen0-install ?

And what ist exactly the reason for that xen.gz file which should be
created with the command
- make dist

So in which order I have to use this commands and what exactly are they
doing.
