ShutdownMon connects to a 'socket' (of sorts) created by the xenpci driver and listens for events. Probably best to either get the source using hg or wait for the next binary release (as soon as Andy is happy for the net drivers to get some further testing). On the systems I am testing on, xenvbd and xennet work great, although I am only testing on AMD CPU's with 1 vcpu per DomU. Last time I tested with >1 vcpu things broke, and I have reports from a few versions ago that Intel CPU's didn't work, but I need some more testing done to follow up on that.
