I'm running Xen on RHEL5. I have a virtual WinXP machine running on
this. Whenever I insert a CD into the CD-ROM drive, WinXP doesn't
seem to be told that there is now something there. I have to reboot
WinXP for it to find out that something is there. Is this the correct
behavior? If not how can I fix it?

Thanks in advance.
