[Xen-users] CPU/APIC panic?

Does anyone really know what this means?

Xen BUG at io_apic.c:127

This is on RHEL5.1, XEN 3.1.0-53.1.4.el5, kernel 2.6.18-53.1.4el5xen

Is it really a bad CPU, bad memory or motherboard?

I have this happening on 3 out of 30 dual-quad-core machines.
