XenExpress wants to take over an entire machine; OpenSource Xen can be dropped
on top of an existing distro. If you want the former, XenExpress is fine.
If you want to add virtualisation to an existing install you pretty much have
to use OpenSource Xen.

Xen Express provides stable PV drivers for Windows to enhance performance.
There are Open Source PV drivers for Windows under development but they are
not yet finished.
