"installing Xen timer for CPU 0" was really the last line.

And I didn't notice the "Warning only 727MB will be used." at all.

In fact, I booted that system with 1.7 GB RAM.


So it looks there are two problems :(

I'll stay with an old 2.6.18 for a while until someone gets an idea.
