The PROBLEM is that when I'm testing network performance with iperf
from dom0 to domU, I only get 106 Kbits/sec (!).
Repeated several times, similar result. Compared to 448 Mbits/sec for
a linux PV domU, this is simply pitiful.

Have you tried testing without SMP?

I see that 0.8.0 is just released. I'll test again with and without SMP :)
Also, are you disabling the RealTek device?

Should I have the option to do so?
Booting with /gplpv, I only have one interface. The RealTek device is no longer detected.

To Jim, I don't use pppoe. It was a simple test between dom0 to domU, on the same subnet, using bridged setup.
