I've some updates:

I installed the Debian xen kernel 2.6.18-6-xen-686 and now it works,
I'm able to shutdown and reboot the HVM machine successfully...

BUT now, only ONE core is detected...

I recompiled a 2.6.18 kernel from Xen mercurial, using .config file
from debian package and doing some little adjustments, and now I've
got the 4 cores, but the shutdown/reboot problem appeared again... Any
ideas?

Thanks in advance. regards.
