I using everything combined. Actually I create a network traffic graphic, CPU
utilization (With User, Nice, System, I/O Wait, SoftIRQ and IRQ Wait), Memory
(Process, Buffer, Cached, Swap) and disk space per partition. I need to
create more two graphs, Disk I/O and Temperature (this last only on dom0).

SNMP and rrdtool is a nice combination and problably I will find soon more
details to monitor close. The unique issue I find is graph the hypervisor
CPU, Xen VPCU dynamic pin do stranges things here.
