Should be visible in both IMHO.

I have a Core2 Duo on Q35 Express machine, which does VT-d, but no Xen
on in.  If there exists Xen 3.2 live CD (used to exist for 3.0), I would
be glad to try it and see what's in xm info/dmesg. Can't find such a CD
now...
