[Xen-users] build-linux-2.6.18-xen_x86_64 vs. linux-2.6.18-xen

I have been working to get xen working with lustre cluster file system, so far I have been able to make linux-2.6-xen-config CONFIGMODE=menuconfig and then apply the luster patches to xen-3.1.0-src/linux-2.6.18-xen without issue.

I then make linux-2.6-xen-build and make linux-2.6-xen-install without any errors. The kernel boots fine and life is good. The issue I am having is that after the build I am left with build-linux... and linux-2.6.18-xen, what do I use as my kernel sources to build modules off of? If I use the build-linux-2.6.18-xen directory configure scripts can't find things like include/linux/namei.h and builds fail. If I use linux-2.6-xen as my source to build, it has things like namei.h, but since the kernel was not built there it fails for other reasons.

Is it possible to get xen to use linux-2.6.18-xen and build in that directory?
