well, I wasn't clear, sorry. Did you install the CentOS/Red Hat Xen 3.2 
rpm that xen.org provides or do you use the "native" xen (3.0/3.1 mix) 
coming with RHEL 5? If yes (for Xen 3.2), then this patch should help.
