Subject: [Xen-users] xm cant connect to xend after compiling 3.2 undercentos5.1x64

I am recieving the following error:

sysctl operation failed -- need to recompile user-space tools?
exception starting xend: (13, 'Permission denied')

Any ideas what went wrong?
Thanks!
