Yes. You need to fix your grub.conf to refer to xen-3.2.gz that was installed 
(and not the one that corresponds to the original Xen-3.1 stuff). Then reboot 
and all will be well again.

I am recieving the following error:

sysctl operation failed -- need to recompile user-space tools?
exception starting xend: (13, 'Permission denied')

Any ideas what went wrong?
