1 - make sure sound works on dom0
2 - install pulse audio
3 - make pulseaudio accept network connections:

load-module module-esound-protocol-tcp auth-ip-acl=127.0.0.1;192.168.0.0/16
load-module module-native-protocol-tcp auth-ip-acl=127.0.0.1;192.168.0.0/16

4 - install winesd on hvm windows (just follow the instructions on the page):
