[Xen-users] HVM domain shutdown and GPL PV drivers for Windows

I have some hvm's that run very reliably, but I was only hoping to have them 
shutdown with a #xm shutdown -a properly and read previously in the archives 
this driver allows this.

Is there a procedure to facilitate just this install on windows hvm's?
