Hi,
i think you have to recompile xen3.2.1 or running solaris 
not as a HVM - Please refer to these links:

If there's another solution for HVM solaris without recompiling xen, I'm
interesting in (-:

Question: Is there an impact relating this recompilation with "VMXASSIST
disabled" to other HVM's (windows xp, ..)
