The version of virt-manager that come with RHEL 5.1 does not support
this feature yet, only on newer versions or on RHEL 5.2, I think.

What can you do its a workaround:

- Unable VNC on xen's conf file:
        vnc=0
        vncunused=0
- Use qemu's feature to change the ISO, with âCRTL+ALT+2â
  (WARNING: is __not__ F2!) and type:

        (qemu) eject cdrom
        (qemu) change cdrom /path/to/second/iso/file.iso
