well yes and no i have it working paravirtualized but its not quite ready for production use, low end development seems stable enough

though FreeBSD in a hypervisor environment ROCKS and has no issues, though you need a capable cou and motherboars for this

well worth the few hundred dollars investment, both on XEN and Linux KVM, i run 12 FreeBSD 7 and CURRENT systems in

production this way.
