I tried removing the console=vga (my gpxe script is now
> #!gpxe
> kernel xen-3.2.0
> module initrd.img
> module vmlinuz-2.6.18.8-xen ro root=/dev/ram0
> boot
)

and the error I get now is
Panic on CPU 0:
Cannot access memory beyond end of bootstrap direct-map area
Reboot in five seconds...
Unknown interrupt (cr2=fffdf020)

Sorry, I'm just trying different things :(

Thanks,
 Gianluca
