Hmmm... there is nothing in there that I can see that is indicating an error.

Your xenpci appears to be getting assigned irq 5, while mine gets irq 28. Can you try with apic=1 in your config? apic=0 should work but that's the only difference I can see.

I have already switched to apic=1 after your first notice about it so it was already in use.
