Hi all, I'm booting a hvm win2k but I have problems: it hangs during boot.
This is the configuration file:

kernel = "/usr/lib/xen/boot/hvmloader"
builder="hvm"
memory = "1999"
#shadow_memory = 8
name = "visualcalc"
vcpus="1"
#pae=0
acpi=1
apic=1
disk = [ 'phy:/dev/HYP01VM/VISUALCALC,ioemu:hda,w']
device_model = "/usr/lib/xen/bin/qemu-dm"
boot="c"
#snapshot=1
sdl=0
vnc=1
vncviewer=0
vnclisten="0.0.0.0"
vncdisplay=1
#vncunused=1
#vncconsole=1
vncpasswd='abc123'
#nographic=0
stdvga=0
serial='pty'
#localtime=1
vif = [ 'type=ioemu, bridge=xenbr0']
ne2000="0"

WIth xm dmesg I can see

(XEN) (GUEST: 32) unsupported PCI BIOS function 0x0E
(XEN) (GUEST: 32) int13_harddisk: function 15, unmapped device for ELDL=81
(XEN) (GUEST: 32) KBD: int09h_handler(): unknown scancode read!
(XEN) (GUEST: 32) KBD: int09h_handler(): unknown scancode read!
(XEN) hvm_vioapic_write_indirect: version register read only
(XEN) hvm_vioapic_write_indirect: version register read only
(XEN) hvm_vioapic_write_indirect: version register read only
(XEN) This hvm_vlapic is for P4, no work for De-assert init

So I believe this is and error due to a problem with apic /acpi...

Did you have this problem? What do you suggest me?

Thanks

Marco Strullato
