Lists seem to be down often.
It took my original  message 6 days or so to get through (I mistakenly 
reposted 2x after that...sorry it's my first experience with the mailing 
list).
The search feature (for this mailing list) is down for many hours every 
day...
Then today and yesterday I got emails from as far back as 22 days ago 
(up to 3 weeks before I signed up for the mailing list)  in my inbox.
I think lots of issues may be slipping through the cracks because of this.
