---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: Dave <dave.omeara1@xxxxxxxxx> Date: Mon, Aug 4, 2008 at 5:44 AM Subject: Re: [Xen-users] Installing 3.2.1 on Debian Etch To: deshantm@xxxxxxxxx Thanks Joris, Todd, A fresh Etch install with a fresh install of the backports seems to be running fine now. I have another Debian VM and a W2003 VM working fine. I have passed-through the PCI card to the Debian VM, now I'm working on getting the software to configure it properly. As an aside, does anyone know where the equivalent to the /etx/xen .cfg files hide in XenServer? 8^) Dave 2008/8/4 Todd Deshane <deshantm@xxxxxxxxx>: >>> Also, is there a decent freely available alternative to XenCenter? >>> Preferably on Windows for now, but I'm not opposed to a Linux tool. > > Virt-manager, enomalism, and convirt show the most promise, but I haven't > yet had real good luck with all the features they are supposed to provide. > > I hope that over time, once they get some users and bug fixes, that they > will be all really useful tools. > > Cheers, > Todd > > > -- > Todd Deshane > http://todddeshane.net > check out our book: http://runningxen.com > -- Todd Deshane http://todddeshane.net check out our book: http://runningxen.com _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users
