Thanks Joris, Todd,

A fresh Etch install with a fresh install of the backports seems to be
running fine now. I have another Debian VM and a W2003 VM working
fine. I have passed-through the PCI card to the Debian VM, now I'm
working on getting the software to configure it properly.

As an aside, does anyone know where the equivalent to the /etx/xen
.cfg files hide in XenServer?

8^)

Dave
