Newer versions of iostat command have -N switch.

from iostat(1):
-N Display the registered device mapper names for any device mapper
devices.  Useful for viewing LVM2 statistics.

Example:
# iostat -N
...
utemp_lvm-Home    19.10        13.02       139.80    1965114   21102112

VG - utemp_lvm
LV - Home
