There's not an official paravirtualised FreeBSD 7 kernel. There was one in development that there are snapshots for somewhere. It was in FreeBSD's Perforce repository at some point, too. There's some information here: http://wiki.freebsd.org/FreeBSD/Xen That effort never got into the FreeBSD mainline so as far as I know FreeBSD running PV under Xen is not "supported"... The old code may work and has been occasionally worked on since but I wouldn't expect that it's up to date. If you Google for this, bear in mind that there was an old port of 5.3 to Xen 2 but that this won't be able to run on Xen 3. You should be able to run it in an HVM guest, though.
