[Xen-users] dom0 VNC not there

I can reach the VNC consoles of the domUs, but not of dom0.  The dom0
would actually be more useful :-).  Where would it normally appear?  And
what config things are needed to turn it on?  I was configuring this
yesterday and felt I'd won when I got the domUs, but turns out I don't
have dom0; oops!
