Yes, it does. This is the output running the compiled 2.6.18.8-xen-3.3.0 kernel

# xm dmesg | grep SVM
(XEN) AMD SVM: ASIDs disabled.
(XEN) HVM: SVM enabled
(XEN) AMD SVM: ASIDs disabled.

but with the debianized xen kernel and xen 3.0.3-1 it shows the following

# xm dmesg | grep SVM
(XEN) AMD SVM Extension is enabled for cpu 0
(XEN) AMD SVM Extension is enabled for cpu 1

so I'm sure the processor support hvm virtualization, but I'm doing
something wrong on compile time.
