Hi Terri, David,

I also have this issue with Windows Server 2003 32 bit installed on Xen
3.2.0 built from the xen source rpm's for CentOS 5.2.

When I have a single vcpu set, the domU exhibits normal shutdown &
restart behavior, but with 2 or more vcpu's it will occasionally hang &
consume 100% of a single core within the dom0 when attempting to
shutdown or reboot.

My config for the domU is:

I'm also using the gplpv drivers (0.9.11-pre17), but it doesn't appear
to make a difference whether I boot the win2003 hvm with /gplpv or not.

Aside from setting vcpu's = 1, have either of you been able to work out
a resolution for it?
