[Xen-users] xen panic (reboot) on centos 5.2 mpt fusion

Hello, 

I havei installed CentOS 5.2 i386 + updates on intel S3000AHV mainboard.
kernel-xen-2.6.18-92.1.13.el5
System runs fine for months on software raid sata drives (connect to mainboard)

After installing an HBA Adapter (LSISAS3442E-R) systen reboots while
xen is booting (detecting hardware)

The system starts without problems when kernel-PAE-2.6.18-92.1.13.el5
is selected in grub boot menu.

I have done firmware upgrade on HBA and mainboard, no luck :-(
I have installed latest mptlinux driver from www.lsi.com, no luck :-(

Any hints to fix this problem??
