[Xen-users] xs-driver-disk sample

Hi,

We want to create a xs-driver-disk. We do not understand how to
genrerate it from "C.3. Installation media repository format" of the
documentation. We find a sample of xs-installation but none for a driver
installation. Please, it is possible to give us a sample.
