Hi,

we are using xen for more than 2 years.

Recently we upgraded one hosting server mainly to use newer kernels for guests.

Now we heave on that server domUs with both xenified 2.6.18 and pv-ops
2.6.26 kernels.

We see the difference in CPU usage when guest is idle:

xenified 2.6.18 domU --- 0,0
pv-ops 2.6.26 domU --- 1,5 (never below)

Both domUs are clear install, both idle but CPU usage is alwasy taking
some CPU time on pv-ops.

Do you see same behaviour also by your instalations?
Is that OK?

Thank your for feedback

Br

Peter Braun
