[Xen-users] Stub domains & gplpv!

"w!" means that Xen won't check that a block device isn't used by
other domain before starting.

I also tried to use stubdom + GPLPV. And i managed to make it work together.


I adding "w!" in disk device line to both config files and it
got working.
